A serial entrepreneur, he has been a key member, co-founder and fundraiser in multiple successful startups. Hiren’s diverse background includes holding senior government offices and participating in outreach, working closely with the youth and new immigrants to familiarize them with advanced technologies. His acclaimed IT consulting firm, Cyber Consulting Inc., has a portfolio of blue-chip clients and has been at the forefront of IT’s evolution since 1998 with longstanding working relationships with the private and public sector. Hiren has been celebrated locally and internationally, with his most recent accolade being LIBN’s Diversity in Business Award 2020. Growing forward, he is committed to spearheading progress in effective technology-based solutions for businesses, public institutions and global communities.

Darshan Mehta is a leading businessman in food industry for last 10 years and has gained invaluable experience and expertise in the food service and food distribution business. His firm KSP Foods has developed our skills in quality control, warehouse management and customer service to help provide the best product to our customers.KSP has worked on several large quantity food service contracts with clients such as NYCHA, NYCDOH, Amazon, DASNY, Town of Oyster Bay and many others. Currently we are providing 50,000 meals to DSNY everyday 7 days a week and also providing lunch and dinner meals to vaccination sites for NYCDOH every day. Apart from food, he has been providing services for digitization for last 10 years and in past were challenged by Ministry of Central Affairs of India (MEA) to digitize 100’s of millions of consular pages for all Indian Consulate across the globe and have successfully cleared the backlog in 2018 with continuation of current files. We have also served Kenya High Court in the past. We have currently ‘World Bank’ project in the pipeline and working on getting work from ‘Department of Justice’, ‘Town of North Hempstead’ and ‘United Nations’.

As a former first-class player who has represented Guyana and the United States internationally, I was thrilled to learn that the USA's cricket landscape would have a Minor League Cricket (MiLC) platform. It was even more exciting to be named coach of the Empire State Titans in the MiLC franchise system. I have had the distinct honor of being coached by or working alongside some very experienced and professional cricket coaches in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom throughout my career. I recently served as an assistant coach for the USA men's senior cricket squad, touring with the team throughout its ascendancy to earning One Day International status, and watching the evolution of some very talented youngsters who have represented the United States. As a former player, my passion for the sport has not diminished, and my commitment to helping other cricketers grow and become professional sportsmen is what drives me every day. It is a fantastic opportunity to be coaching the Empire State Titans. I don't take coaching one of the premier franchises in the MiLC initiative lightly. It is indeed a privilege and an honor to bring my 35 years of cricketing experience to the table and share those experiences with so many very talented players. I look forward to working with the players and ensuring that the Titans are a team to be reckoned with in the MiLC arena. We are just getting started, fellas!
